AlgaeBioMed has developed a series of microalgae strains of different families that express selected peptides wich can be delivered directly to the gut safely and still active , but also to be used as active peptide antigens for immunostimulation . Our platform is extendable to any algae family o supefamily.
The functional foods are highly nutritious and associated with a number of powerful health benefits. Their correct use may protect against disease, prevent nutrient deficiencies, and promote proper growth and development . AlgaeBioMed has developed microalgae biomass with balanced ratio of proteins and active antioxidant carotenoids . We are involved in different Functional Food projects ( antiinflammatory; pain reduction)

ABM Platform enables the production of specific Bioactive molecules, such as CBD , Green Astaxanthin (not red), SCFAs and MCFAs, to be used as Functional Supplements. The R&D department of AlgaeBioMed is focused on the production of raw materials of plant origin useful for human and animal health.
